Program Rules & Info
Eligibility
- The program is open to professionals and business owners who have a network and the ability to refer clients to Global Hola.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Referral Process
- Participants must complete the sign-up form for the affiliate program.
- Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
- After registration, participants will receive an email containing a referral link. This referral link is for participants to enter the details of their referrals.
Referral Incentive
- Participants will receive a referral incentive of $1.00 per hour worked for each virtual assistant deployed to referred clients.
- The incentive will be calculated based on the actual hours worked by the virtual assistant and will be paid monthly.
- The referral incentive is capped at 12 months from the start of the referred client’s engagement with our virtual assistant services.

Payment and Tracking
- Participants will be provided with reports to track their referrals and earnings.
- Payments will be made on a monthly basis via a preferred payment method of the company (i.e., bank transfer).
- The payments will be processed within 10 business days after the end of each calendar month.
Referral Quality and Validity
- Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with Global Hola.
- Referrals must not be current or past prospects of Global Hola who already engaged in our sales process.
- Referred clients must sign a contract and actively engage our virtual assistant services for a minimum period of 1 month to qualify for the referral incentive.
- Referred clients must be of good standing in terms of paying monthly dues.
Program Updates and Communication
- Participants will receive regular updates and communication regarding the program, including any changes or modifications to the mechanics.
- We will provide ongoing support and assistance to affiliates through a designated program manager.
Program Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or modify the affiliate program at any time, with prior notice to the affiliate program participants.
- In case of program termination, affiliates will be eligible to receive referral incentives for referrals made before the termination date, subject to the payment period and cap.
Compliance and Ethical Guidelines
- Affiliates are expected to promote Global Hola services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Participants should adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while referring clients.
- Any unethical behavior or violation of the program guidelines may result in the participant’s disqualification from the program.
