Choosing an outsourcing partner is rarely a matter of finding one company that is objectively “best.” The right choice depends on the size of your business, the type of work you need done, how much management support you want, your budget structure, and the level of operational infrastructure your company requires.

Sourcefit is one of the more established names businesses may encounter when researching offshore staffing and business process outsourcing. It is substantially larger than Global Hola by its own reported scale, has a broader publicly documented delivery-center footprint, and offers several formal engagement models beyond conventional virtual assistant staffing.

Global Hola was built for a different kind of buyer: entrepreneurs, small businesses, and growing teams that want capable remote professionals, direct involvement in candidate selection, flexible hiring structures, and a more boutique working relationship.

This is my straightforward comparison of Global Hola vs. Sourcefit, based on what Sourcefit publicly discloses and limited third-party review data. My goal is not to claim that Global Hola wins every category. Sourcefit may be a stronger fit for many organizations, particularly those building larger teams or managing specialized, compliance-sensitive operations.

Quick verdict

Business owner comparing remote staffing service options.

Sourcefit is better for companies looking for a mature, multi-country BPO provider with full-time team pricing, managed BPO capabilities, employer-of-record services, a broad specialized-role catalog, and more extensive public security and compliance documentation.

Global Hola is better for small and midsize businesses that need a remote professional or lean team, prefer hourly or part-time planning, want to interview and select candidates directly, and value a month-to-month relationship with a stated early-fit refund period.

Each business is designed around different levels of operational complexity.

Who is Sourcefit?

Sourcefit is a global business process outsourcing, offshore staffing, and employer-of-record provider founded in Quezon City, Philippines, in 2009. The company says it supports clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and other markets.

Its public offering goes beyond hiring an individual remote assistant. Sourcefit describes several delivery models, including client-managed staff augmentation, fully managed BPO, employer-of-record services, hybrid arrangements, and project- or output-based work. In a staff-augmentation arrangement, clients manage the team’s daily work while Sourcefit handles functions such as recruiting, human resources, payroll, IT, and facilities. Its managed BPO model adds operational leadership, training, accountability, and engagement support.

Sourcefit publicly lists delivery centers in the Philippines, South Africa, the Dominican Republic, Madagascar, the United Kingdom, and Armenia. It reports more than 2,000 employees, more than 220 clients, nine operational centers, and operations in six countries. Those scale figures are company-reported and should not be treated as independently audited measurements.

The company also serves a broad range of functions and industries, including customer support, sales, accounting, legal support, healthcare revenue-cycle work, software development, data and AI work, engineering, construction support, logistics, telecom, and marketing.

Sourcefit offers broad operational outsourcing models

One of the clearest differences is the scope of Sourcefit’s public service model. It is positioned not only as a staffing provider, but also as a BPO and EOR partner. That matters when a company needs more than recruitment and remote talent placement.

For example, a business may need a provider to recruit an entire customer-service team, establish processes, train team members, oversee performance, manage facilities and technology, and take responsibility for operational outcomes. Sourcefit’s managed BPO model is publicly positioned for this type of engagement.

Global Hola also offers managed arrangements, custom role sourcing, recruitment support, and project work. But our public positioning is more closely centered on helping businesses hire and work with remote individual contributors and lean teams. We are often a practical fit when a company needs a virtual assistant, bookkeeper, customer support representative, marketer, recruiter, developer, or another role without adding a large outsourcing structure.

My interpretation: Sourcefit has the stronger public case for companies seeking formal BPO operating support or multiple outsourcing structures under one provider. Global Hola is designed to be simpler for businesses that primarily need the right person or small team.

Sourcefit has a large disclosed delivery-center footprint

Sourcefit publicly identifies operated delivery centers across the Philippines, South Africa, the Dominican Republic, Madagascar, the United Kingdom, and Armenia. It positions those locations around regional coverage, time-zone overlap, language needs, and specialized talent access.

This may be useful for a buyer with geographic-risk concerns, strict coverage requirements, multilingual support needs, or a preference for a provider with established facilities in several regions. Sourcefit’s Dominican Republic presence, for instance, is marketed for U.S. East Coast alignment, while its South African and Madagascar operations are positioned around UK and European overlap.

At Global Hola, our largest talent pool is in the Philippines. We also state that we can source professionals in South Asia, Central America, and South America, including talent able to work U.S., UK, and Australian schedules. That is a sourcing network, however, and it should not be represented as equivalent to Sourcefit’s publicly identified operated delivery centers.

My interpretation: If your vendor-selection process requires an extensive, publicly documented multi-country delivery infrastructure, Sourcefit has an advantage. If your priority is finding the best-fit remote professional regardless of whether the provider owns a large network of facilities, Global Hola’s sourcing approach may be sufficient.

Both companies emphasize flexibility, but in different ways

Sourcefit states that it does not require upfront fees or deposits, does not use locked-in contracts, and generally operates with 30 days’ notice for cancellation. It also offers several engagement models, which can give larger organizations flexibility in how responsibilities are divided between the client and provider.

Global Hola contracts are month-to-month, at will, without exit fees, and subject to 30 days’ notice. A distinguishing feature of our public offer is a stated 100% refund during the first two weeks, up to 40 part-time hours, if the selected hire is not a fit. We also state that clients pay after interviewing a candidate and choosing to work with that person.

Both providers say clients can review candidates before making a commitment. At Global Hola, we generally present two to three candidates and leave final selection with the client.

My interpretation: Sourcefit’s flexibility is strongest in its range of engagement structures. Global Hola’s flexibility is especially relevant for a small business that wants to start carefully, hire at lower weekly hours, and maintain direct control over the person they choose.

The pricing formats serve different planning needs

Sourcefit publishes a detailed monthly price card for full-time staffing. Its public range is $980 to $4,800 per month, depending on role and level of expertise. The company says those rates may include salary, benefits, recruiting, HR, payroll, infrastructure, delivery management, and ongoing staff support. It also notes that final pricing can change based on location, schedule, role complexity, compliance requirements, tools, training, and team size.

That degree of role-by-role public pricing is helpful for procurement teams comparing full-time offshore positions. A buyer can use Sourcefit’s examples to begin building a staffing budget before a discovery call.

Global Hola’s full-time support starts at $8 per hour and that most roles are typically priced at $10 to $25 per hour, depending on role requirements, expertise, and location. This means Global Hola is often easier to understand for businesses thinking in terms of part-time coverage, a limited initial workload, or flexible hourly support.

Where Sourcefit may be the better fit

  • You need a larger dedicated team, multi-function operation, or formal managed BPO program.
  • You want a provider with a longer reported operating history and larger publicly reported workforce.
  • You require a clearly documented multi-country delivery-center footprint.
  • You are evaluating EOR, staff augmentation, managed BPO, hybrid outsourcing, or output-based projects.
  • You want a detailed public monthly rate card for full-time staffing plans.
  • Your compliance review benefits from more extensive public claims around frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS.
  • You need specialized support in areas such as engineering, construction, legal operations, healthcare revenue cycle, telecom, or large-scale customer operations.

Where Global Hola may be the better fit

  • You are an entrepreneur, small business, or growing company that wants a more boutique staffing relationship.
  • You need one remote professional or a lean team rather than a large BPO program.
  • You prefer to plan around hourly or part-time support instead of a full-time monthly staffing model.
  • You want to interview a short list of candidates and retain direct final hiring choice.
  • You value month-to-month terms, no stated exit fees, and our stated two-week, 40-hour refund period for early fit concerns.
  • You need support across administrative work, marketing, sales, bookkeeping, customer service, e-commerce, recruiting, or technical roles.
  • You want a provider that can source talent primarily from the Philippines while also exploring options in Latin America or South Asia when the role calls for it.

Final thoughts

Sourcefit is a credible option for companies that need scale, operational breadth, a formal outsourcing infrastructure, and a more developed public compliance narrative. Its larger reported footprint and wider range of delivery models can make sense for organizations with complex staffing or BPO requirements.

Global Hola is not trying to replicate every aspect of that model. We focus on helping growing businesses make thoughtful remote hires without turning a straightforward staffing need into an overly complicated procurement project. For many clients, the right answer is not a global BPO platform. It is a dependable person, a clear process, flexible terms, and a partner who stays close to the hiring experience.

If you are comparing options and would like to discuss a specific role, workload, time-zone requirement, or budget range, Global Hola would be glad to have a practical conversation. We can help you assess whether our model fits—or whether a larger BPO-style provider may better serve your needs.
